Welcome to Krisumi Corporation Private Limited (“Krisumi”), an enterprising collaboration between Sumitomo Corporation, Japan and Krishna Group, India, which offers and provides its prospective customers an opportunity to select their preferred apartments/units from variety of options available in its residential group housing project namely, “Waterfall Residences”situated in Gurugram, Haryana (“Project”).
Krisumi offers its prospective customers a facility to online book their preferred apartments/units in the Project of Krisumi, by making payment of the booking amount through various online payment gateways authorised by Krisumi (“Payment Gateways”).
The booking of the apartment/unit in the Project of the Krisumi, shall be considered by Krisumi only after the duly filled in application for allotment has been submitted by the customer with Krisumi and Krisumi has realised the booking amount into its account, from the Payment Gateways.
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking then the cancellation and refund of the booking amount shall be made as per the terms and conditions of the application for allotment submitted by the customer and allotment letter issued by Krisumi. The refund of the booking amount shall be subject to deductions mentioned in the application for allotment/ allotment letter; and the fees/charge paid by Krisumi to the Payment Gateways in respect of the booking.
Krisumi shall not be liable for refund of any amount to the customer, if the booking amount has not reached the account of Krisumi from the Payment Gateways for any technical or other reason whatsoever
By accessing, visiting and browsing the online booking facility of Krisumi, it is construed that the customer is accepting and consenting to all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
This policy will be reviewed by Krisumi and may change from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on the official website of Krisumi so that the customers are always aware of the cancellation and refund procedures applicable on the online booking of apartments/units in the Project.
