PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Krisumi Corporation Private Limited (“Company”) and its partners, agents, affiliates shall collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from the User (defined below) of its website (referred to as “Platform”). The Company encourages the User to read this Privacy Policy to understand the policies and procedures for the collection of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and the use and dissemination of such Personal Information by the Company.

By accessing, visiting, browsing and using the Platform of the Company, the User accepts and consents to the terms mentioned in this Privacy Policy (as may be updated or amended from time to time) and authorises the Company to collect, store and use such Personal Information provided by the User (including any changes thereto) for any of the services that the Company offers or may offer in future through its Platform.

  1. Definitions
    1. Unless otherwise expressly defined, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
      • “Company” shall have the same meaning as defined in the TnCs.
      • “Personal Information” shall mean the information of / belonging to the User;
      • “TnCs” shall mean the terms and conditions of the Company containing the terms upon which the User will use the
        Platform / Services of the Company;
      • “Services” shall mean the booking services and other related information provided on the Platform with respect to the
        residential / commercial projects undertaken by the Company;
      • “Usage Information” shall mean the information related to the usage of the Company’s Platform by the User;
      • “Third Party” shall mean any other individual / entity other than the User or the Company.
      • The capitalized terms used here and not defined herein (if any) shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms under the TnCs.
  2. Introduction
    1. Unless otherwise expressly defined, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

    3. The provisions contained under the TnCs shall be applicable to the present Privacy Policy. The terms capitalised but not defined under
      the present Privacy Policy shall carry the same meaning as under the TnCs.
    4. The Company is committed to the protection of the User’s privacy and Personal Information of the User in accordance with the
      applicable law.
    5. This Privacy Policy details the manner in which the Personal Information and data shall be generated, collected, stored,
      processed and used by the Company.
    6. The User is advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. The Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of the TnCs of the Company.
      By using or accessing the Company’s Platform, the User is deemed to have agreed to the terms of the present Privacy Policy.
    7. If the User does not agree to the terms contained hereunder, please do not further use or access the Company’s Platform or Services.
  3. Applicability
    1. Unless otherwise expressly defined, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  4. Personal Identification Information (Personal Information)
    1. “Personal Information”, for the purpose of the Platform shall include the User’s name, email address, mailing/communication address,
      landline/mobile number, PAN No., Aadhar No. or any other information pertaining to his / her identity.
    2. The Company shall collect such Personal Information from the User in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to:
      • (i) when the User visits the Platform,
      • (ii) subscribes to the newsletter,
      • (iii) fills out a form,
      • (iv) interacts with the Company’s customer care/support team or to the Company’s business partners in connection with the activities,
        services, features or resources that the Company shall make available to the User through its Platform.
    3. The User may use the Platform anonymously (www.krisumi.com), by refusing to provide its Personal Information to the Company.
      In case the User chooses to use the Platform anonymously, the User may be prevented / limited from engaging or browsing the Platform.
    4. The User may sign in on the Platform with its social media or email accounts to access the Platform. In process of its signing in, the User
      consents to collection, storage, and use of the Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the data that that the User
      makes available to the Company through such other social media or email account(s).
    5. The Company may use the Personal Information of the User in order to update the User with information relevant to the Services availed
      by the User and cater to the queries raised by the User, from time to time.
  5. Non-Personal Identification Information:
    1. The Company may automatically collect non-personal identification information whenever the User interacts, visits or browses the Platform.
    2. Non-personal identification information may include technical information including but not limited to the IP address, User’s login
      credentials, the browser type and version, operating system and platform, page interaction information, lengths of visits to certain pages
      and other similar information.
  6. Collected of Information
    1. The Company may collect and use the Personal Information provided by the User as well as the non-personal identification information
      automatically collected by the Company, for the following purposes:

      • (i) To improve customer service: Information provided by the User shall help the Company in responding to the customer service
        requests and support needs, more efficiently.
      • (ii) To personalise the User’s experience: The Company may use the Personal Information in the aggregate to understand how the
        User uses the Services and the information provided on the Platform.
      • (iii) To improve the Platform: The Company may use the feedback provided by the User to improve the services provided
        by the Company.
      • (iv) To run promotions, contests, surveys or other such activities on the Platform.
      • (v) To send the User with the information he / she agreed to receive.
      • (vi) To send periodic emails.
      • (vii) To update the User about new projects and Services launched by the Company and the relevant information related thereto.
    2. The Company may use the email address provided by the Company to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests raised by the User. If the User decides to opt to be a part of our mailing list, then the User shall receive emails about the Company’s news, updates on launch of new projects, news related to existing projects or information related to Services etc. If at any time the User wishes to
      unsubscribe from receiving future emails, the User may do so by contacting the Company via the Platform.
  7. Protection of the User’s Information:
    1. The Company adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect the Personal
      Information of the User and the data stored on the Platform against all unauthorised or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or
      accidental loss or destruction of or damage.
    2. The security of the User’s Personal Information is important to the Company, but unfortunately, no method of transmission over the
      internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, the User should take all precautions to safeguard their information by
      employing virus-scanning or firewall software and other security safeguards.
    3. While the Company strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect the Personal Information of all users of the Platform, the
      Company cannot guarantee absolute security of the Personal Information transmitted to the Platform and any transmission of such
      Personal Information shall be at the risk of the User.
  8. Tracking & Cookies Data:
    1. The Company uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Platform. This helps the Company to provide
      the User with a good experience when the User browses the Company’s Platform, thereby allowing the Company to improve the Platform.
    2. By continuing to access the Platform, the User agrees and consents to the Company’s use of cookies. ‘Cookies’ are files with a small
      amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to the User’s browser from a website/app and stored on the User’s device.
      Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track Information and to improve, analyse and personalise the Company’s
      content for its users. The users can instruct their browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if the User does not
      accept cookies, the User may not be able to access all parts of the Platform.
    3. Cookies that the Company may use:
      (i) Session Cookies – The Company uses Session Cookies to operate its Platform.
      (ii) Preference Cookies – The Company uses Preference Cookies to remember the User’s preferences and various settings.
      (iii) Security Cookies – The Company uses Security Cookies for security purposes.
    4. Use of Cookies Data:
      The Company uses the collected cookies data for various purposes:(i) To provide and maintain the Services provided by the Company on the Platform;(ii) To notify the User about changes to the services provided by the Company on the Platform;(iii) To allow the User to participate in interactive features of the Platform when the User choose to do so;(iv) To provide customer care and support to the User;(v) To provide analysis or valuable information so that the Company can improve the Services provided by the Company on the Platform;(vi) To monitor the usage of the Platform; and(vii) To detect, prevent and address technical issues on the Platform.
  9. Analytics for the Platform:
    The Company may use third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) to monitor and analyse the use of the Platform. For instance, Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website & app traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of the services provided and the same data is then shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. The User may opt-out of certain Google Analytics features through its mobile/computer device settings, such as its device advertising settings or by following the instructions provided by Google in their Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
    Apart from Google Analytics, there are other web analytics who offer such service, the User may opt – out of the same by following the directions given by them.
  10.   Third Party Service Providers:
    The Company may employ third party companies/entities and individuals to facilitate the use of the Platform, to provide the services on behalf of the Company or to assist the Company in analysing various other aspects. These third-party service providers may have access to the Personal Information of the users only to perform the designated tasks on behalf of the Company and are obligated not to disclose or use the same for any other purpose.
  11.  Sharing Personal Information of User:
    The Company does not sell, trade, or rent the Personal Information of the User. The Company will share any Personal Information with any third party, if, the Company in good faith believes that the same is required for the purposes of compliance with applicable laws, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request / action or any manner required for the purposes of protecting or safeguarding our rights, interests and properties.
  12. Disclosure of Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Identification Information:
    The User shall agree and authorise the Company to disclose, from time to time, any information relating to the User (including personal or sensitive or other information or any other information that requires consent under Information Technology Act, 2008), without the requirement of any notice or intimation:(i) to any of its affiliates and to any of its employees, agents, representatives etc.
    (ii) for reasonable purposes specified by any concerned/government authority
  13. Age of Consent:
    13.1. By using the Platform, the User represents that he / she is at least the age of majority as per the applicable laws.
    13.2. If the Platform is being used by the minor, then his/her legal guardian or parent shall be responsible to adhere to the terms and condition of this Privacy Policy on behalf of such minor.
  14.  Security And Confidentiality
    14.1. The Company shall endeavour, at all times, to implement reasonable security practices and procedures (such as managerial, operational, physical and technical) for the purpose of protection and safeguarding the Personal Information. The Company is strongly committed to protecting the personal and financial information related to the User.14.2. The Company shall endeavour to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the Personal Information shared by the User with the Company. However, despite the utmost efforts of the Company to protect your Personal Information, the Company cannot warrant the security of any data that the User transmits through the Platform. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User accepts that such transmission of the Personal Information is done at the User’s own risk.14.3. Lastly, the User is requested to help the Company in protecting the Personal Information by maintaining the secrecy of their information.
  15. Data Retention
    15.1. The User’s Personal Information processed by the Company no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in line with the legal, regulatory, contractual or statutory obligations as applicable.15.2. At the expiry of such periods, the User’s Personal Information shall be deleted or archived to comply with legal / contractual retention obligations or in accordance with applicable statutory limitation periods.
  16. Amendments
    16.1. The Company reserves the right to change or update the Privacy Policy or any other policies / practices at any time without giving any prior notification to the User. The User is requested to review the Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting the same on the Platform.
    16.2. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to the use and access of the Company’s Platform and Service.
  17. Grievance Redressal MechanismAny complaints or concerns with regards to content or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to:
