Ashok Kapur, a seasoned automobile industry veteran, now ventures into real estate, leading Krisumi Corporation as Chairman. His focus is delivering quality housing, leveraging the trust instilled by the legacy and brand.

 

As the joint venture of Krishna Group and Fortune 500 Sumitomo Group, Krisumi Corporation Private Limited is his brainchild. With over 47 years of diversified experience, Kapur transitioned Krishna Maruti Limited from auto components to travel, media, entertainment seating, and now real estate.

 

Kapur’s journey began in family-owned jewelry, transitioning to home furnishing, and then co-founding India’s largest Steering System Company, `Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited,’ in 1985 alongside his brother Dr. Surinder Kapur. Under his dynamic leadership, the Krishna & SKH Group emerged in 1994, achieving milestones like winning the “Deming Prize” and expanding into new auto component segments through technical collaborations and joint ventures.

 

Within 12 years, the SKH Group evolved from India’s largest component manufacturer to an industry force under Kapur’s vision.

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Mohit Jain stands as the originator and executive head of Krisumi Corporation, which stands out as India’s pioneering Indo-Japanese collaboration in real estate. This groundbreaking endeavor is a product of an equitable partnership between Sumitomo Corporation, a distinguished Japanese conglomerate boasting a place in the Fortune 500 roster, and Krishna Group, a significant player in the Indian automobile components sector. In addition to his real estate feats, Mohit has demonstrated his capacity for establishing prosperous enterprises within the realms of fashion and infrastructure.

 

During his undergraduate years, Mohit’s academic pursuits led him to Boston University, where he delved into the realms of Finance and Marketing. In his ongoing quest for knowledge and growth, he is presently engrossed in an executive program (OPM) at the prestigious Harvard Business School.

 

Beyond the corporate world, Mohit Jain’s passion for fine wine prompted him to initiate the Gran Cru Club, an initiative that celebrates all things related to this beloved beverage.

Akash Khurana

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Akash Khurana, former CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. Director, now CEO of Krisumi Corporation. CBRE, a Fortune 500 real estate firm (NYSE:CBG), operates 7 offices, 2,800 employees in India, driving diverse projects.

 

Khurana led CBRE’s Indian Business Development, boosting revenue across Consulting, Valuations, Capital Markets, Brokerage, Construction, and Property Management. Formerly, he headed Indian Corporate Advisory, shaping large real estate ventures. Expertise spans India, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

 

He orchestrated Sumitomo Corporation’s Fortune 500 and 400-year legacy entry, globalizing Indian infrastructure. Khurana’s drive saw Krisumi’s Waterfall Residence triumph. Leading Krisumi, he exemplifies hard work’s fruition.

A pioneer of cutting-edge Japanese architecture, Takahiro Yamazaki stands at the forefront of modern engineering. Graduating in Architecture and Construction from the University of Kobe (Japan) in 2004, he embraced lifelong learning and honed skills through industry experience. This drive for excellence defined his professional journey.

 

Joining Sumitomo Corporation’s Retail Facility Development, a Fortune 500 giant with a 400-year real estate legacy, Yamazaki excelled. Leading Housing and Urban Development, he shone across 107 offices in 65 countries. After 18 years, he headed the conglomerate’s Overseas Real Estate Development, orchestrating global commodities transactions and growth.

 

For two decades, as Sumitomo’s overseas representative, he partnered with premier investment firms, focusing on luxury housing. With inspired leadership, he delivered 300+ world-class projects across the globe.

 

In 2020, appointed Co-CEO of Krisumi Corporation, born from a joint venture with Krishna Group, Yamazaki infused Japanese craftsmanship into Indian homes. Krisumi Waterfall Residences exemplify this fusion, a global success harmonizing Japanese innovation and Indian aesthetics.

 

As Co-CEO, he embodies Japanese values of quality, aesthetics, and longevity. Krisumi Waterfall Residences mirror Japanese landscaping philosophy, fostering harmony with nature. Guiding growth strategy and operations, Yamazaki propels Krisumi towards an illustrious future.
